Our professional, climate-controlled studio arrives at your home parking area. Your dog is photographed inside the private studio, so there is no stressful drive, crowded lobby or unfamiliar waiting room.

We need a safe, reasonably level place to park near your home. When scheduling, share your address and any parking details so we can confirm that the mobile studio can be accommodated comfortably.

Yes. The studio is climate-controlled and equipped with professional lighting and backgrounds to provide a comfortable, consistent portrait environment throughout your session.

That is completely okay. Sessions are patient and pet-led. We use gentle guidance, breaks, treats and attention-getting techniques to help dogs of different personalities feel comfortable—no formal training experience is required.

Each current collection includes up to two dogs plus family members. An additional dog may be added for $50. Let us know your group size when scheduling so we can prepare the session appropriately.

Absolutely. While your dog remains the star, family members can join for selected portraits. Neutral, coordinated clothing usually photographs beautifully and keeps the attention on your connection.

Session time depends on your collection: approximately 30 minutes for Essential, 45 minutes for Better and 60 minutes for All Inclusive. We work at a comfortable pace and allow your dog time to settle in.

A little exercise before the appointment can help your dog relax. Bring favorite high-value treats and a familiar toy, and take care of grooming before the session. We will guide you through the rest.

Yes. Every collection includes one background color. We can help you choose an option that complements your dog's coat and your home's style. An additional background may be added for $40.

You will receive a proof gallery for image selection, followed by your professionally retouched, full-resolution portraits through an online gallery. Final edited portraits are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks after selection.

Raw or unedited files are not included unless a collection specifically states otherwise. Your selected images receive professional retouching and are delivered in high resolution with personal printing and sharing rights.
